    At Skinner and Vale, each jacket is custom-made and upcycled, ensuring that every piece is one-of-a-kind. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns.

  2. Repair Policy
    We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jackets. If you encounter any issues with your jacket, we are happy to offer repairs to ensure it meets our high standards.
    To initiate a repair request:

    • Contact us at hello@skinnerandvale.com with details of the issue.

    • We will provide further instructions on the repair process.

  3. Acknowledgment
    By placing an order, you confirm that you have:

    • Reviewed your order details.

    • Fully accepted our No Returns Policy and Repair Policy.

  4. Shipping

    Due to the customisation and bespoke nature of our jackets, we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days from the date of purchase.

    We proudly offer international delivery to customers around the globe. 

    Additional Information
    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your shipment.
