No Returns Policy
Each fashion piece is custom-made and upcycled, ensuring that yours is one-of-a-kind. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns(unless product is faulty or damaged).
If you encounter any issues with your jacket, we are happy to offer repairs to ensure it meets our high standards. Please get in contact with us at hello@skinnerandvale.com, within 14 days of receiving your item.
Repair Policy
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jackets. If you encounter any issues with your jacket, we are happy to offer repairs to ensure it meets our high standards.
To initiate a repair request:

Right to Cancel
Skinner and Vale reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur in cases including, but not limited to:
- Unavailability of materials required for production.
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Any other unforeseen circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm that you have:
- Reviewed your order details.
- Fully accepted our No Returns Policy, Repair Policy, and Right to Cancel terms.
Shipping

Due to the customisation and bespoke nature of our jackets, we aim to dispatch orders within 10 working days from the date of purchase.

Additional Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details to monitor your shipment.
